Validity

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. We hereby expressly object to any deviating provisions of the contractual partner. All subsidiary agreements require our written confirmation. Tattoo-king.net is entitled at any time to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions, including any appendices, with a reasonable period of notice. Orders received prior to this will be processed in accordance with the old General Terms and Conditions still valid at that time. 

Offer

Tattoo-king.net is an online shop. The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to purchase goods. After entering your data and clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Minor deviations and technical changes to our illustrations or descriptions are possible. In the event of typing, printing, IT and calculation errors, tattoo-king.net is entitled to withdraw from the contract. The tattoo-king.net offer is aimed at freelance and self-employed tattoo artists and tattoo studios; this is confirmed by acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.

Price Validity

Services provided by tattoo-king.net are charged at the list price valid at the time of service. The list price can be found in tattoo-king.net's current price lists in brochures and on the websites operated by tattoo-king.net. Due date and payment, default Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders for tattoo-king.net products shall be made exclusively by advance payment. If Tattoo-King.net has demonstrably incurred a higher damage caused by delay due to deliberate misleading, wilful misordering or unfounded returns that go beyond the granted right of withdrawal, Tattoo-King.net is entitled to claim this. If an ordered parcel is not accepted, Tattoo-King.net reserves the right to charge the handling costs incurred. In the event of late payment, the buyer undertakes to reimburse all costs of extrajudicial enforcement of claims, in particular reminder and collection fees and interest.

Terms Of Payment

The customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full. Terms of payment Austria: Bank transfer, instant bank transfer and credit card payment are accepted. Collection from the shop after prior online order and online payment is of course free of charge. Deliveries are only made by cash in advance. Terms of payment from other EU countries: VAT-free, provided we are notified of the VAT ID number in advance. Subsequent processing is not possible. VAT exemption applies as soon as we have been notified of the VAT ID number. Deliveries to other EU countries are made exclusively by advance payment.

Delivery

Delivery will be made only after receipt of payment on the bank account of tattoo-king.net. Deliveries are processed in the order in which the order is received. If it is stated on the homepage that the seller is on company holidays or similar (hereinafter referred to as company holidays), the dispatch will take place after the end of the period of company holidays stated there. In this case, the specified delivery time refers to the dispatch period after the end of the company holidays. Our availabilities are updated with every single sale! Free shipping in Austria from a value of goods of €. Special shipping methods requested by our customers will be charged with a local surcharge. If a parcel cannot be delivered after several attempts, it will be returned to us. We will then charge you a fee of €15 for the costs incurred by us.

Delivery times

Goods that are in stock (we are not liable for transport problems) will be dispatched within 3 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated. For furnishings and bulky goods, the dispatch time is extended to approx. 3-4 weeks. If the goods are not in stock when the order is placed, we will endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible. If non-compliance with a delivery or performance deadline is due to force majeure, labour disputes, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the deadline shall be extended accordingly. In the event of non-compliance with the delivery deadline for reasons other than those mentioned above, the purchaser shall be entitled to set a reasonable grace period in writing with the threat of refusal and, after its unsuccessful expiry, to withdraw from the contract with regard to the delivery or service included in the contract. If the impossibility of delivery is due to the inability of the manufacturer or our supplier, both we and the buyer may withdraw from the contract if the agreed delivery date has been exceeded by more than 2 months. Claims for damages due to delay or impossibility or non-fulfilment, including those which have arisen up to the withdrawal from the contract, are excluded. Unless a legal representative of tattoo-king.net has acted wilfully or with gross negligence.

Retention of title

 The goods remain the property of tattoo-king.net until full payment has been received.

Complaints

Complaints must be made in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods. Complaints made at a later date can unfortunately no longer be considered.

Right of return

You have two weeks after receipt of the goods to return the ordered items (in undamaged and unused original packaging with original invoice) by prior arrangement. Returned parcels without prior agreement will not be accepted. The same applies to consignments that we receive carriage forward. The transport costs shall always be borne by the buyer. If goods are returned after the statutory deadline, 20% of the product value will be charged as a handling fee. However, this only applies to undamaged/unopened goods whose expiry date is still far in the future. Opened goods, consumables and sterile goods cannot be returned.

Transfer of risk

The risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are dispatched by tattoo-king.net.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for any disputes and place of fulfilment is Klagenfurt.

Changes

We accept no liability for typing, printing and calculation errors. Deviations from the pictorial representations cannot be ruled out in individual cases. Changes to the above points must be made in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Data protection

The customer agrees that the personal data contained in the purchase contract may also be stored and processed automatically by us in fulfilment of this contract. You have the right to free information, correction, blocking and, if necessary, deletion of your stored data at any time. The customer is obliged to inform us of any changes to their residential or business address as long as the legal transaction that is the subject of the contract has not been completely fulfilled by both parties. If this notification is omitted, declarations shall be deemed to have been received even if they are sent to the last known address. We do not make your personal data available for use by third parties.

Miscellaneous

If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are legally invalid, the remaining provisions and the contracts concluded on the basis thereof shall remain valid. The parties are obliged to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision.
