Frequency Mode is the second option. Instead of changing the voltage, you directly adjust the machine’s stroke frequency, from 25 to 160 Hz.
This provides a different kind of control: you can make the needle stroke more slowly without reducing the power, or more quickly without turning the voltage up so high that it becomes too aggressive for the skin.
