It is based on a highly concentrated ethanol formulation containing 85 g of ethanol per 100 g.
Its spectrum of activity goes beyond that of standard disinfectants: Sterillium Med is effective against norovirus, adenoviruses, and rotaviruses, and is classified as having limited virucidal PLUS activity, including against HBV, HCV, HIV, and SARS-CoV-2.
