It is less a pure highlight white and more the tool you use to lighten the greys within the series and mix the fine in-between values. That is exactly what High White is for: it lightens the darker tones of the series and lets you mix the many in-between greys yourself, instead of relying on a fixed set of grey steps. You build soft gradients, place highlights and control contrast deliberately. It is matched to the other tones of the Bob Tyrrell series (Light Tone, Medium Tone, Dark Tone, Sculpting Black and Dimension Black), forming one coherent system with them.
