Magic Moon’s sterile paint caps come individually sealed: perforated, separable plastic blisters, each sterilized with EO gas and sealed with medical-grade sealing paper. For each setup, you simply detach only the blisters you need—the rest remain sealed and sterile. The four variants (all EO-gas sterilized, disposable)

Why sterile caps?

Each blister pack remains sterile until opened; it is EO-gas sterilized and sealed with medical-grade sealing paper—similar to the peel-open principle used in disposable medical supplies. This reduces the risk of cross-contamination and can be clearly documented during a hygiene inspection. Sterility is maintained only as long as the blister pack remains intact—a torn or damaged blister pack is no longer sterile.

Separate the blister pack, peel it open, and remove the cap. A dab of Vaseline under the cap keeps it in place on the work surface instead of tipping over when the needle is inserted—this is especially important for smaller diameters. After the session, the caps are discarded; they are disposable and not reused. The flat blister format saves noticeable space in the case compared to traditional caps or stands, making the sterile color caps a practical companion for conventions and guest spots.
