Ozer - Classic Stencil Paper - 25 sheets

The Ozer Classic Stencil Paper is thermal transfer paper for making tattoo stencils in the studio. You put your design onto the paper with a stencil printer and transfer the outline cleanly onto the skin. We stock it in two pack sizes: 25 sheets and 100 sheets, selected via the variant.

Four-layer build for clean lines

The Ozer Classic is a four-layer transfer paper. You peel off the brown protective middle layer before printing, and the yellow layer runs through the printer and carries the design in the end. This build transfers fine lines and dots in particular sharply, without the outline fraying. The sheet size is around 21 x 29.8 cm, so effectively A4, which fits common thermal stencil printers.

For the thermal stencil printer

The Classic paper is made for thermal transfer printing, not for drawing by hand. You load the design, feed the yellow layer into the printer and start the print. You do not need a separate carrier sheet, the yellow layer runs straight through. That makes stencil creation fast and repeatable.

Dyes that stay on the skin

For the Classic, Ozer uses high-quality dyes that do not smear during transfer and do not fade while you work. The stencil transfers visibly on any skin tone, including darker or tanned skin. To transfer, press the back of the design onto the prepared skin for at least three seconds.

Two pack sizes

The paper comes as a 25-sheet and a 100-sheet pack. The small pack is good for testing or occasional use, the 100-sheet pack pays off if you pull stencils daily and want to keep a supply on hand.

Do I need a stencil printer for this?

Yes. The Ozer Classic is thermal transfer paper and is printed with a thermal stencil printer. It is not intended for freehand drawing.

How many sheets are in the pack?

You choose between 25 sheets and 100 sheets. Both variants run under this product, you set the quantity via the variant selector.

How is the paper built?

It has four layers. The brown protective middle layer is removed before printing, the yellow layer carries the finished design. No additional carrier sheet is needed.

What is the size of one sheet?
